Vaccination centres should be multiplied to achieve the objective: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot

“With the vaccination of the healthcare workers, they will be able to face any challenge coming forward with full confidence and will be able to fulfil their responsibility to protect the lives of the people from Corona.”

TheNewsDesk, Jaipur: Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister, stated no severe side effects were recorded among the health workers experiencing corona vaccination in the state.

He stated that there should be no bewilderment about vaccination. Instead, it should make people conscious of the necessity for it. He strived to improve the number of vaccination centers as per necessity.

Gehlot was evaluating the development of the vaccination drive via video conference at his residence. He called upon the healthcare workers and the common people to get their shots. He commanded to achieve the objective of vaccination in the state within the specified time.

The Chief Minister stated that we need to be totally observant because of the second wave of corona in some countries, including Europe. He stated, “With the vaccination of the healthcare workers, they will be able to face any challenge coming forward with full confidence and will be able to fulfill their responsibility to protect the lives of the people from Corona.”

Gehlot announced that due to technological restraints in the Co-WIN software, there is trouble in attaining vaccination’s set goal. In such a way, mechanical glitches to upload data should be eliminated by correlating with the Union Ministry of Health executives.

In the meeting, Health minister Raghu Sharma notified that the vaccination rate is low in districts, including Jaipur, Dausa, and Ganganagar. He urged the collectors, CMHO, and other department leaders on demand for a hastened vaccination drive.
