The Media Office described the hospital as having 200 beds and more than 150 outpatient clinics, with a 55-bed emergency department that includes a trauma centre and a dedicated paediatric emergency unit. It also reported a newly expanded Women and Children extension and a recently opened Orthopaedic and Trauma extension. A Gulf News report from October 2019 described a licensed helipad and staff accommodation on the campus.
