For healthcare, Absstem makes MedO, a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) medical oxygen generator for hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare facilities. The company lists capacities from 100 LPM to more than 60,000 LPM and 93 to 96 per cent oxygen purity, for use in ICUs, emergency departments, operating theatres and central medical gas pipeline systems. It also makes industrial oxygen and nitrogen generators. The company says it received the Aegis Graham Bell Award for Innovative Medical Equipment in 2020.
