The company says uncertainty over Brexit prompted its move to manufacture in the UK, sourcing many components locally, and in December 2022 it reported that its 10,000th UK-made hospital bed was part of a fleet for University Hospitals Leicester NHS Trust.

Its Total Bed Management service combines installation, bed management, product decontamination, clinical support and maintenance, and the company says it runs more than 20 such contracts covering more than 70 hospital sites and manages over 25% of the NHS bed and mattress fleet. It also offers planned preventative maintenance, rental, audit and upholstery services. Medstrom Now, Medstrom Select and Medstrom Healthcare are trading styles of Medstrom Ltd.
