- The Health Administration has published a warning for healthcare workers who are not turning up for vaccinations.
- The Chief Medical Health Officers to give preference to the healthcare workers who are on the record of 100 published by Co-WIN.
TheNewsDesk, Jaipur: The Health Administration has published a warning declaring that despite arranging vaccinations for healthcare workers who are not turning up, given the blow to those enrolled healthcare operators who are ready to accept it. The new system will help to increase the rate of the regular objective.
Immunization in-charge of an assembly site has been given to inject 100 healthcare operators in a day. On Co-WIN, the record of 100 healthcare operators for the appropriate session site is released in advance. All the 100 healthcare workers get a message through Co-WIN a day before their scheduled vaccination day, informing them to turn up for vaccination on the next coming day. Although, out of those 100 listed healthcare operators for vaccination on a particular day, a lot of them did not arrive. It influences the regular objective. Earlier, the Center’s regulations were to inject only the listed 100 healthcare workers, but now that has been modified.
Siddharth Mahajan, the secretary, stated, “We have issued directions to add ‘allot beneficiary’ facility based on the order issued by the Centre. Those healthcare workers who are already registered for the covid-19 vaccination session, if the healthcare workers listed for that particular day to get the vaccine do not turn up.”
With that, regulations have been assigned to the Chief Medical Health Officers to give preference to the healthcare workers who are on the record of 100 published by Co-WIN. If they appear for shots, they should not be denied vaccination on that provided day.
